I’m officially 22 days post-op and started physical therapy today. I used a urinal for the first time (using my flip switch on my catheter) and it made me a lot more excited than I thought it would. It’s the little things. I have my PT exercises am excited to get my right arm, hand and wrist back in working order. I’ll start my voiding trail in the next couple days to hopefully start peeing through my new phallus!
In other news, I went on my first outing for date day last week and got creative with covering my new appendage while also keeping it elevated (which is required for 8 weeks or so). Shout out to the bonnet that made things less bulky and very soft + gentle. And shout out to my love for the LV fanny that added extra coverage. We went to the movies and saw Other Mommy (4.5/10).
